Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript) to join a FinTech customer experience platform. You will design and ship agent-facing experiences, focusing on React and TypeScript within a modular frontend architecture.

You’ll work with AI-assisted workflows, coding agents, and modern tooling to prototype, test, and deliver high-quality UI and frontend features across queues, conversations, and dashboards. This is a fully remote LATAM contractor role with US-time overlap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong frontend focus.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use AI as part of the engineering workflow while maintaining ownership over architecture and code quality.
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, tables, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Experience consuming REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services; server-frontend integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules (queues, inboxes, dashboards).
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, and dashboards.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend apps with BFF and backend APIs; collaborate on API design.
