Job summary

The role requires an associate or bachelor degree in life sciences or related field, 2 years clinical research experience (or 1 year with a Bachelor’s), and knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA/EU directives, ISO14155, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences or related field; 2 years clinical research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year professional experience in clinical research, healthcare, business, finance, or project management.
• Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
• Understanding of FDA/EU directives/ISO14155 and monitoring procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project delivery with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate team communications, schedule meetings, and maintain agendas/minutes/logs.
• Manage budgets, vendor invoices, change orders, and track services.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain project systems and study lists.

Maintains internal and external project team contact lists. Ensures effective communication by scheduling internal and external team meetings, developing agendas, capturing minutes, and managing the action/decision log. Creates and distributes study newsletters as required.* Manage and track budgets related to vendor projects including tracking of supplies and invoices. Track out of scope services and assists in preparing Change Orders.* Tracks supplies, invoices, and budgets relating to vendor management, as appropriate.* Ensures projects are audit ready* Creates and manages the required project systems, SOP indices, and study team lists, as applicable.
