Turner & Townsend in Argentina is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end service delivery on complex projects. You will interface with clients, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and safeguard schedule and budget compliance while coordinating with contractors and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, English and Spanish fluency, and a chartered engineering or architectural degree (PMI certification a plus).

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience in corporate occupier, retail or real estate sectors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for meetings and reports.
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD; BIM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end service delivery, interfacing with clients and consultants.
• Manage schedule and budgets; oversee contractors and vendors.
• Review construction, approve capex, and revise cost estimates.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and direct project delivery to meet timelines.
• Lead risk workshops, track milestones, and manage quality control.
