Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and cross-team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex information to audiences at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across the full software development lifecycle across cloud and on-premise product lines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on multi-team programs.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams at scale and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery rhythm.
• Provide clear program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Identify blockers, surface risks early, and drive decisions to keep programs on track.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and contribute to a high-performing team.
