Rootstrap is seeking a Junior React Developer to join a multicultural team and contribute to web and mobile app development. You will understand business needs, design solutions, and build product-aligned software, using AI tools as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality code with tests, code reviews, and collaborative project management. The role emphasizes autonomy, technical judgment, and engaging with product stakeholders to drive value.

Formación

• Proven experience with React and Next.js in professional projects.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Git and modern version-control workflows.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience in agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI development tools as part of the workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver well-designed, high-quality code with tests.
• Navigate ambiguity with strong technical judgment and take ownership.
