Aramco is seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) and Sour Water Stripper (SWS) processes. You will join the Operation Engineering Solutions Department (OESD) and provide deep process engineering support to Global Manufacturing facilities, monitoring performance, benchmarking, and driving improvements across SRU/SWS operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years in refinery or gas plants, with 10+ years in SRU/SWS.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Experience with benchmarking and cost optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of SRU/TGTU licensor technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular performance reviews of SRU & SWS facilities and analyze KPIs (operability, profitability, reliability, process safety).
• Develop and present quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support for performance improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Lead knowledge sharing workshops across Global Manufacturing facilities.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical advisory support including troubleshooting and pilot testing.
