Aramco seeks a Technology Consultant to join Global Manufacturing Excellence Digitalization and Technology Division. You will lead technology programs across the downstream portfolio, ideating, deploying, and sustaining innovative solutions in reliability, maintenance, sustainability, energy and process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Masters’ preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience as a Technology Consultant ideating, scouting, introducing and tracking value-added technology deployment.
• Strong understanding of downstream technologies, including refinery processes.
• Experience in developing business case and cost/benefit analysis for downstream technology.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated management of change, engineering and design packages, regulatory, risk mitigation and safety requirements.
• Experience in change management and implementing technology changes.
• Knowledge of energy, safety and design regulations and standards for proposed technology solutions.
• Strong manufacturing technology understanding across production, reliability, environmental, safety and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technologies across the downstream portfolio, including petrochemical facilities and refineries.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned to energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability and process optimization.
• Accelerate technology deployment with internal and external execution teams and vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations of solutions and platforms.
• Create business cases and cost/benefit analyses for technology deployments.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on progress and benefits to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop training content and programs with technology providers to support adoption by end-users.
• Ensure governance standards and regulatory compliance are maintained.
