Monks is seeking an English-speaking producer to oversee post production, supervise output, and coordinate projects. You will manage in‑house artists' deliverables, ensure clear communication, and keep teams informed of progress and potential pitfalls.

You will work with an international production company that serves global brands and agencies, focusing on high‑quality output and efficient workflows across departments and clients.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience producing VFX and 3D projects.
• Experience in advertising and gaming is valuable.
• Proven planning and communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex production needs into clear language.
• Hands-on experience with editing and VFX/CGI production recommended.
• Up-to-date with software/hardware developments and AI trends.

Responsabilidades

• Review client requests and internal briefs, assess tasks and deadlines.
• Assemble the right team and coordinate post‑production workflows.
• Set up technical workflows and monitor milestones and delivery quality.
• Liaise with clients to ensure milestones are met and expectations managed.
• Collaborate with operations, PMs, producers, and creatives to ensure high quality.
• Brief team on objectives and track progress; relay client feedback clearly.
• Translate production needs for clients and outsiders to understand.
• Schedule, prioritize, and allocate talents; help scope new animation projects.
