Job summary

United Research Group LLC in Argentina is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Associate to support recruitment, engagement, and retention across clinical studies.

You will help plan recruitment, coordinate outreach, and monitor enrollment metrics while collaborating with investigators and site teams to meet recruitment objectives and ensure participant-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related, scientific, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare outreach, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical trial recruitment and informed-consent boundaries.

• Familiarity with clinical trial recruitment and informed-consent boundaries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with recruitment tracking tools, databases, or clinical research systems preferred.
• Understanding of participant privacy and applicable research regulations.
