Mondelēz International is seeking a Software & Applications leader to oversee the planning and execution of software solutions across our regional and global footprint. You will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers, aligning work with business goals and financial planning.

This role focuses on service delivery excellence, budget and timeline management, and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved while collaborating with management and stakeholders across Latin America.

Formación

• Experience leading software & applications teams and service delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and quality across projects.
• Strong technical background with understanding of application integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades
