Job summary

This is a high-visibility, senior leadership role in a matrix environment. The role requires 8+ years in pharma, strong strategic and leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate across multi-market dynamics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results as a leader of teams and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Commercial Development, Strategy, or Analytics.
• Proficient in providing proactive and constructive feedback to individuals to enhance performance.
• Strong project and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L accountability for the Oncology portfolio across SOLA markets.
• Define and pursue a winning aspiration for the Oncology Category and opportunities to grow.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align Medical Affairs, Access, Commercial, Finance, and regional/global counterparts.
• Embed compliance and integrity into all commercial programs and field interactions.
• Champion omnichannel engagement and patient access across diverse market environments.
