ELEKS is a global professional services and consulting company modernizing its digital tools and platform. You will help design cloud-native .NET Core services in Azure, building reusable components and scalable modules used across international markets.

We seek senior engineers who own technical decisions, ensure security and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Argentina-based location supported, English communication required.

Formación

• Proven experience in .NET Core and C# development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 4+ years designing cloud-native systems on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with event-driven or orchestration-based systems.
• Security architecture including encryption and key management.
• Hands-on with EF Core, SQL Server, and performance tuning.
• Ownership of architecture, code quality and standards.

Our customer is a global British‑American company in the professional services and consulting domain, providing solutions that help clients manage risk and grow their business portfolios. We’re rebuilding and modernizing the digital tools they offer to their customers. ELEKS has been engaged to develop a new software platform that will accelerate product development by introducing reusable components, modernize existing tools into simpler, more intuitive modules, and unify tools and data into a single, efficient ecosystem. You’ll help build a modern, scalable platform used across international markets.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7+ years of software development experience using .NET Core and C#
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4+ years designing and deploying cloud-native systems at scale on Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience architecting and building event-driven or orchestration-based systems (e.g., durable workflow engines, stateful orchestration frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing distributed caching and security architecture, including encryption and key-management strategy
• Experience designing and implementing secure, multi-party authentication or token-exchange flows
• Proficiency in Entity Framework Core and LINQ, with deep expertise in SQL Server performance tuning and stored procedure
• Demonstrated ownership of technical architecture, code quality, and engineering standards in a production environment
• Experience with legacy system modernization and migration planning
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest) and test-driven development practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), or a comparable standard, for connecting AI agents to external tools and data sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements
• Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria
• Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
• Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions
• Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications
• Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
