You will optimize content for discoverability, collaborate with design and editing teams, and apply analytics to grow audiences. ET availability and remote collaboration are essential in this role.

• Expertise in repurposing long-form content across multiple formats.
• Familiarity with SEO, YouTube metrics, and social platform dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage podcast production—from guest booking to post-recording handoffs.
• Design and execute a video-first strategy to grow YouTube reach, retention, and subscribers.
• Lead content repurposing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) while optimizing formats.
• Collaborate with design and editing partners to ensure timely, quality delivery of content.
• Produce promotional and visual materials in Canva, Adobe, or CapCut aligned with brand identity.
• Draft and publish newsletters, blog posts, and resource content aligned with product goals.
• Optimize all web-based media (WordPress blog, landing pages) for search and discoverability.
• Track performance via analytics dashboards and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Cultivate audience interaction and retention across video and podcast platforms.
• Support customer marketing through onboarding and tutorial content.

Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist (YouTube & Podcast) Location: Remote (Eastern Time Availability Required) Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Executive Leadership

The Role As Senior Multimedia Marketing Specialist , you'll oversee the production and growth of our podcast and YouTube presence, while spearheading a cross-platform content strategy that drives engagement and audience acquisition. You'll lead end-to-end media execution- from interviews to post-production to social promotion and bring a strategic lens to every creative decision. Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage podcast production- from guest booking to post-recording handoffs
• Design and execute a video-first strategy to grow YouTube reach, retention, and subscriber count
• Lead content repurposing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), optimizing for format and audience
• Collaborate with design and editing partners to ensure timely, quality delivery of content
• Produce promotional and visual materials in Canva, Adobe, or CapCut aligned with brand identity

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years in content creation, podcasting, or video-first marketing
• Demonstrated success growing YouTube and podcast audiences using analytics and experimentation
• Expertise in repurposing long-form content across multiple formats
• Familiarity with SEO, YouTube metrics, and social platform dynamics
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and WordPress
• Strategic operator who balances creative instincts with a performance mindset
• Excellent project management and communication skills in a remote environment
