Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in Data Analysis or similar roles; entry-level welcome with coursework/internships.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills with joins, aggregations, and CASE WHEN logic.
• Python data cleaning and processing, proficient with pandas for multi-step transformations.
• Familiarity with modeling libraries such as scikit-learn or statsmodels for predictive models.
• Experience cleaning, parsing, and pattern matching in messy text fields.
• Solid understanding of relational DB design, keys, and normalization.
• Bachelor’s in a related field with coursework on database management or quantitative data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and run SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and cloud warehouses.
• Develop and validate machine learning, predictive, or statistical matching models to forecast trends.
• Slice and aggregate data to compute metrics like household penetration, market share, and purchasing trends.
• Build and maintain clean data tables and views for tracking reports and dashboards.
• Review outputs, perform data audits, and ensure data integrity before insights.
• Segment data using conditional logic to isolate cohorts.
• Clean, parse, and categorize unstructured or semi-structured text data.
• Translate technical results into clear summaries for English-speaking stakeholders.
