Job summary

Worley in Argentina seeks a Construction Director to lead, plan and control the execution of large-scale mining projects, delivering safe, on-time, within budget and quality.

You will supervise on-site teams across disciplines, drive HSEC, use 4D BIM and digital twins, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Operations to achieve milestones from detailed engineering through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer degree required.
• Minimum 20 years in EPC/EPCM mining, energy or oil & gas.
• Proven leadership of large EPC/EPCM projects with CAPEX > 1B USD.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC/EPCM construction planning for mining projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Operations.
• Oversee on-site construction across multiple disciplines.
• Drive safety and zero incidents culture.
• Monitor budgets and KPIs; manage schedule milestones.
• Maintain client and contractor relations.
