We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive demand generation for a premier group of industrial recycling and material processing brands. For over 20 years, this organization has been the backbone of waste, demolition, and municipal operations across Canada.

This is not a role for someone who simply takes orders; we need a proactive leader to architect a demand generation engine, nurture high‑value leads, and help define the strategic direction for two industry-leading brands.

Formación

• Strategic mindset with ability to build marketing plans from scratch.
• Hands-on experience building and managing advanced workflows in HubSpot Marketing Pro.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing for industrial audiences.
• Proficient in website management and professional social media strategy.
• Must be able to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: Architect the marketing roadmap and provide strategic insights.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and engage the ICP across industrial divisions.
• HubSpot Ownership: Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Pro workflows and attribution.
• Multi-Channel Execution: Enhance digital presence across websites and social media.
• Sales Alignment: Equip sales with intelligence using tools like ZoomInfo and Claude.
• Campaign Management: Build and monitor integrated campaigns to convert long-cycle B2B prospects.
