Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Completions/Commissioning for the Buenos Aires site roster. You will oversee start-up and facility operations, review designs, and lead the start-up and operations teams to ensure safe and operable projects.

The role requires broad leadership, experience in large-scale projects, and the ability to implement policy changes. You will coordinate with multiple disciplines and report to senior management while maintaining focus on safety and project delivery.

Formación

• University Degree or equivalent in related field or applicable discipline.
• Typically 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees start-up and facility operations, reviews project designs for safe operability.
• Directs start-up and operations staff, and implements policy and procedural changes.
• Develops tactical plans to achieve organizational goals and guides project changes.
• Communicates proposals and reports to senior management and influences stakeholders.
• Coordinates on-site activities including field administration, procurement and field engineering.
