J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lean Supply Chain VP to lead end-to-end product delivery and optimization of customer experiences. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive efficiencies for timely, high-quality delivery across global teams.

The role emphasizes change management, deployment strategies, and cross-functional leadership in a large-scale, dynamic environment, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience leading and guiding team members within a lean culture.
• Exhibit resilience and adaptability to navigate continuous change in a dynamic, large-scale organizational environment.
• Possess a strong understanding of global supply chain management and the ability to analyze processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to enable strong collaboration with global teams.
• Influence and lead cross-functional teams, driving processes and solving problems in initially ambiguous situations.
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors to optimize supply chain operations and streamline procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Analyze existing processes and develop innovative strategies to improve efficiency and maximize cost-effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional products, serving as a pivotal leader to ensure superior quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and the implementation of key solutions and efficiencies.
