The candidate leads permitting processes, coordinates with regulators, and collaborates with engineering teams to translate requirements into implementable actions in EPC/EPCM contexts.

Qualifications

• University degree and licensure in a relevant field; 5–10 years in environmental management.
• Experience in mining, energy or infrastructure sectors in Argentina.
• Ability to read international standards and participate in multinational teams.
• Spanish with technical English; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage permits matrix and deadlines for the project.
• Prepare Environmental Impact Report and biennial updates.
• Coordinate sectoral permits: water use, emissions, waste management.
• Maintain technical dialogue with authorities and report on status.
