Formación

• Minimum of three years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on AI technologies and concepts to strengthen development strategies.
• Strong Java Core understanding and OO design principles.
• Production applications built with Java 8, Spring Boot backend and cloud deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer reliable, scalable systems balancing business requirements with solid technical solutions.
• Contribute ideas during architecture sessions to guide project direction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional specialists to deliver software on time and with quality.
• Review code and provide actionable feedback to preserve engineering discipline.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement lasting solutions.
• Mentor juniors and share knowledge to grow team capabilities.
• Assist delivery planning with realistic timing and work boundaries.
• Document technical decisions to support future maintainability.
• Collaborate with business partners to clarify outcomes and ensure requirements are met.
