Medallia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Social Data Collection team to design, build, and operate backend microservices within the Medallia Experience Cloud. You will own end-to-end delivery, with optional frontend work, and contribute to a scalable SaaS platform.

Based in the Buenos Aires vicinity or Mexico City area, this hybrid role requires 3 days onsite per week and collaboration across global teams. Strong Java, Kafka, and distributed systems experience is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining software products.
• Experience designing and building enterprise-grade software within a distributed micro-service architecture.
• Demonstrated proficiency building and maintaining Java applications.

• Design, implement, and drive technical roadmap and product implementation; prioritize pragmatically.
