Job summary

NIR-YU in Argentina seeks a Corporate IT Lead to own operations, security, compliance, and vendor governance. This senior individual contributor role operates with little internal staff, scaling through MSPs and SaaS partners across US/UK/EU hours.

You will drive SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs, manage identity and endpoint security, and shape AI governance. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/OPs experience in distributed environments.
• SOC 2 and ISO 27001 project experience.
• Identity management with Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, MFA.
• Endpoint management for Windows and macOS.
• MSP and vendor management capabilities.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own IT operations and employee technology experience.
• Manage MSPs and external vendors for service delivery.
• Oversee security, access control, and incident response.
• Lead SOC 2/compliance program end-to-end.
• Establish AI governance and information management policies.
