Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer in Rosario to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with enterprise networks, security gear, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and Active Directory, plus SOX obligations and global operations support. Flexible scheduling includes after-hours work and a mix of remote/office access.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with a cloud-first approach.
• Experience in a SOX-regulated environment is a must.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Service-oriented, focus on creating value for internal customers and partners.
• High energy, ability to work independently in a fast-growth environment.
• Disciplined to document work.
• Ability to work with a project-oriented approach for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and direction across multiple teams.
• Serve as internal escalation point for day-to-day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead and participate in infrastructure, systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support – vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, Documentation.
• Vendor management for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting.
• Define and execute strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
