Sedrus is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to own integrations connecting our wealth-management platform with brokerages, custodians, and CRM systems. You will design and maintain reliable data pipelines for client, account, and transaction data.

You will work with vendors, handle edge cases, and build reusable integration infrastructure as Sedrus scales across the wealth-management ecosystem.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Direct experience building integrations with wealth-management platforms.
• Production experience maintaining API integrations and data-sync pipelines.
• Strong REST API, webhook, authentication, and data modeling knowledge.
• Ability to handle unreliable APIs, rate limits, and data inconsistencies.

Responsabilidades

• Build reliable API-, webhook-, and file-based integrations for client, account, portfolio, and transaction data.

About Sedrus

Sedrus is an early-stage wealth-tech startup building an agentic layer for wealth management back-office operations.

We're looking for a Senior Integrations Engineer to own the integrations connecting Sedrus to the systems wealth firms rely on every day.

What You'll Do

• Build reliable API-, webhook-, and file-based integrations for client, account, portfolio, and transaction data.
• Design robust synchronization patterns, including retries, reconciliation, idempotency, monitoring, and failure recovery.
• Navigate inconsistent APIs, rate limits, legacy interfaces, and imperfect vendor documentation.
• Work directly with external vendors to understand both technical and non-technical integration requirements.
• Own integrations from initial discovery through implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build reusable integration infrastructure as Sedrus expands across the wealth-management ecosystem.
• Work closely with the founders and product team to determine what to build and how to prioritize it.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong backend engineering fundamentals.
• Direct, hands-on experience building integrations with one or more wealth-management, RIA, or custodian platforms.
• Production experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations and data-sync pipelines.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data modeling, asynchronous workflows, and distributed systems.
• Experience handling unreliable or legacy APIs, rate limits, partial failures, and data inconsistencies.
• Comfortable speaking directly with vendors and working through requirements that aren't always documented technically.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage startup.

Strong Plus

• Experience with platforms such as Wealthbox, Orion, Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.
• We're especially interested in engineers who have already encountered the realities of integrating with wealth-tech infrastructure and know how to make unreliable external systems behave reliably inside a modern product.
