Redtree Engineering seeks a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to lead the I&C discipline on major power and process projects in LATAM. You will define technical direction, own engineering deliverables, and provide leadership across EPC/EPCM teams.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in industrial I&C, strong English, and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects. You will work with international standards and modern tools to deliver safe, reliable control systems.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of instrumentation and control experience on industrial, energy, oil & gas, chemical, or large-scale process projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple concurrent projects.

We are seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join our Redtree LATAM team and lead the Instrumentation & Control discipline on large-scale industrial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside multidisciplinary teams, set technical direction, and shape the delivery of high-impact energy and industrial projects.

Position Overview

As a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer, you will lead the I&C discipline across EPC, EPCM, and engineering projects. You will define the technical direction of the discipline and take ownership of engineering deliverables, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Instrumentation & Control discipline on EPC, EPCM, and engineering projects.

Required Qualifications
