Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior IFS Cloud Engineer to join our global, 100% remote delivery team. You will drive FSM-centered implementations and managed-services engagements for customers across North America, running client workshops and guiding requirements from go-live through hypercare.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll configure IFS FSM modules, collaborate with architects and project managers, and deliver high-impact Field Service Management solutions while working asynchronously with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IFS consulting or implementation.
• Strong expertise in IFS FSM (Field Service Management) functional configuration and delivery.
• Experience with FSM requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live processes. Proven consulting and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Cloud, Aurena, and/or IFS App Gen.
• Strong requirements gathering abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work ET hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you'll join the IFS delivery organization, contributing to FSM-centered implementations and managed-services engagements for customers across North America.
