A leading revenue execution agency is seeking a senior, execution-first operator to manage outbound and lifecycle messaging across both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience. This role involves building outbound lists, executing email and CRM campaigns, and supporting SMS marketing, all while collaborating closely with other teams. This position offers a flexible remote work environment and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in outbound, lifecycle marketing, or RevOps-adjacent roles.
• Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns.
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs.
• Comfortable operating with high-level direction in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain outbound lists and workflows using Clay.
• Launch, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly.
• Execute nurture, re-engagement, and expansion campaigns amidst lead stages.
• Support compliant SMS use cases and coordinate timing with email campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager on themes and timing.
