EY Global Delivery Services in Argentina seeks an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to shape internal and client-facing experiences, applying EY’s design system and branding guidelines with AI-driven approaches. You will work closely with the Tax Technology & Transformation team to deliver innovative, scalable user experiences.

You will design dashboards, web and mobile applications, create interactive prototypes, and lead projects using design thinking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in graphic/industrial/multimedia design or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent English and excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Tax Technology & Transformation to translate objectives into intuitive user experiences.
• Design UI, dashboards, web and mobile apps, and interactive prototypes across platforms.
• Create AI-assisted prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to validate concepts.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and delivery.
• Ensure brand compliance with EY's design system and branding guidelines.
• Lead projects using design thinking, benchmarks, and heuristic reviews.
• Gather feedback in client and team calls and iterate designs accordingly.
• Maintain quality and manage creative deliverables across projects.
