Job summary

BoldSky Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support print and digital production, leading projects from concept through delivery. You will work with the agency's creative team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.

The role requires mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, strong layout and typography skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while mentoring junior teammates. This is an on-site studio position with client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5-10 years' experience in Graphic Design.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Mac.
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma is a plus.
• Experience with PPT, animation, digital and/or video applications is a plus.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and imagery.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets.

Responsibilities

This position provides critical day-to-day studio support for creative teams in the production of print and digital/interactive materials.

Responsibilities:

Senior Level Graphic Designer: Able to leads projects, involved from beginning to end, considered a subject matter expert. Seniors will take on more responsibilities that may include overseeing the work of the Junior and Mid-Level co-worker.
The position reports to the Discipline Lead for day-to-day project assignments but also collaborates with the Agency's creative and creative services team members for implementation and direction.

• Responsible for building production-ready files for print and digital tactics, making edits to existing layouts with some opportunities for initial design.
• Prepare electronic mechanical print files according to vendor specifications and adhering to the brand style guides set by the clients.
• Work closely with Agency account, creative and creative services departments as part of an integrated team.
• Adhere to agency vision for quality and uphold the creative process while maintaining client style guidelines.
• Work with project managers on schedule and hours requirements.
• Maintain server structure and organization and oversee creative department personnel for file creation efficiencies and server organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as on-boarding of file organization and studio process for new employees.
• Control tactical workflow within the brand, is the "go-to" person for agency creatives and is the keeper of brand assets and logos.
• Self-motivated: Able to deliver a quality product on time and on budget (allocated hours).
• Champion the studio and strive to improve processes.
• Traditional graphic art and studio support, such as, building mock-ups and presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field, creative studio and/or agency experience
• 5-10 years' experience in Graphic Design
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) as well as comprehensive knowledge of Macintosh computers
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma a plus
• Experience with PPT, animation, digital and/or video applications a plus
• Candidate should:
  
  • have good design skills and understand page layout: composition, hierarchy, color space, imagery, and typography
  • have good organizational skills
  • be a team player
  • complete work efficiently within deadlines and budget
  • have acute attention to detail
  • be capable of handling multiple tasks and projects.
• Experience with email and task management applications, including electronic routing a plus
• Experience working in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems a plus

Should also:

• Demonstrate Ownership and Proactivity: Demonstrates ownership of assigned Brand work by continually coming up with new ideas and solutions proactively. Ability and willingness to show ownership of Brand work from a visual standpoint.
• Willing to be Flexible: work outside of job description as needed, be flexible for the team, and ultimately the work.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
