Qualifications

• Strong experience building high-performance, scalable backend systems with Golang.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices patterns.
• Hands-on MongoDB experience with scalable data modeling and performance tuning.
• Proven experience operating cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Develop and optimize distributed systems supporting high traffic and critical functionality.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS for performance and reliability.
• Design and manage scalable data storage using MongoDB.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, platform, and infra teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Improve observability, reliability, and operational excellence via monitoring and automation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and shape platform direction.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term stability improvements.
