Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International is seeking a QA Auditor to uphold and improve the company’s Global Quality Management System (QMS). The role focuses on audits to ISO 9001, ISO 17100, and ISO 27001 compliance, plus supporting QA programs, CAPA, and regulatory processes.

You will coordinate customer audits, drive remediation, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. The position requires strong English communication, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in Life Sciences QA audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17100 (EN 15038) and/or ISO 27001 or other international standards.
• Two or more years in Life Sciences QA audits or related audits.
• Experience with CAPA, change control, deviation management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit programs and schedules.
• Host, manage and coordinate customer audits and qualification activities.
• Coordinate preparation for customer audits and allocate internal resources.
• Manage and close audit findings and CAPA actions within required timeframes.
• Build relationships with client auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with QA program development to maintain accreditation and certification.
