TransPerfect is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to uphold the company’s Global QMS and to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17100, and related standards. You will help develop, implement and improve QA programs, policies and procedures to maintain accreditation.

You will coordinate customer and regulator audits, manage CAPA processes, host inspections, and drive timely corrective actions across projects. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17100 (EN 15038) and/or ISO 27001 or other standards.
• Overseeing sponsor audits, internal and/or regulatory inspections.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, CAPA, change control, deviation management, complaint handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum of two years in Life Sciences QA/audit context.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement audit programs and schedules.
• Manage audits in accordance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17100, GxP).
• Coordinate client audits and qualification activities with stakeholders.
• Lead CAPA processes and corrective actions.
• Support registrar and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Maintain QA documentation and audit tracking.
