Brainlabs in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Google Analytics Specialist to design SDRs, implement analytics tags with GTM, validate GA4 across web and app properties, and lead cross-domain tracking. You will build analyses in GA4 and BigQuery and mentor a small team of analysts and engineers.

This hybrid role features 3 days in our Palermo Office, a 50% USD salary component, daily breakfast and lunch in the office, quarterly training, and mobility options to work from another country for up to 30

Formación

• 2-4 years in digital analytics with hands-on GA4 and Google Tag Manager across client-side and server-side implementations.
• Deep knowledge of GA4 including event modeling, custom dimensions, exploration reports, and Universal Analytics differences.
• Proficiency in BigQuery and SQL for data extraction and analysis beyond GA4 UI.
• Experience with server-side tagging via GTM Server and CMPs.
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics using Firebase or AppsFlyer.
• Exposure to Tealium or Adobe Launch and CDPs like Tealium AudienceStream or BlueConic.
• Track record of clean technical documentation, including SDRs and tag collection guides.
• Experience mentoring others, formally or informally.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain SDRs, data layer recommendations, and technical specs for tracking across web and app properties.
• Implement and validate analytics tags and marketing pixels using GTM across client-side and server-side setups with QA discipline.
• Configure cross-domain GA4 tracking, referral exclusions, linker parameters, and session continuity.
• Build and run analyses in GA4 and BigQuery, with custom explorations, segments, and funnel analysis.
• Mentor a small team of analysts and implementation engineers, reviewing work and solving technical problems.
• Gather analytics requirements from clients and stakeholders, translating into scoped projects and POVs on trends.
• Stay current on privacy-driven measurement shifts and adapt tooling accordingly.
