Nortal is seeking a Senior AEM Fullstack Developer to architect, build, and maintain scalable digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You will bridge front-end and back-end development, delivering end-to-end web experiences for global clients.

Join our LATAM remote team, contribute to AI-enabled transformations, and mentor others while collaborating with UX/design, QA, and arch stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack or web development roles.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the AEM CMS.
• Java backend experience with Sling Models and OSGi services.
• Experience building AEM components using HTL (Sightly).
• REST API design and integration patterns within AEM.
• Experience with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Advanced English; ability to work with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement fullstack AEM solutions, frontend components and backend services.
• Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement backend logic with Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Integrate AEM with external APIs and enterprise systems using REST/GraphQL.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend across layers.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards within the team.
• Mentor junior developers on AEM patterns across the full stack.
• Collaborate with architects, UX/QA throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress and requirements with client stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD and AEM package management workflows.
