EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Full-Stack Python/React Engineer to work across frontend product engineering, Python-based data processing and AI integration. You will translate complex business capability structures into intuitive, visualization-friendly experiences while applying strong engineering discipline to AI-assisted solutions.

You will build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, maintain Python ingestion scripts, and improve hierarchical UI logic.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in React 19 engineering with modern component patterns and asynchronous UI flows.
• Proficiency in frontend state management and React Context + reducer patterns.
• Experience in Python data processing, scripting and API integration.
• Experience with data-heavy apps, search, filtering and discovery capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, search, filtering, scoring and discovery.
• Maintain Python scripts that ingest, normalize and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs.
• Improve data-shaping and tree-building logic powering hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation.
• Integrate evolving Knowledge Base and AI services into catalog workflows and discovery experiences.
• Validate AI-assisted code, UI generation and data transformations with engineering standards.
• Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo and integrate with Orchestrator APIs.
• Contribute to experimentation, testing, build reliability and deployment automation.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python/React Engineer who is comfortable working across frontend product engineering, Python-based data processing, hierarchical data modeling and AI integration. The ideal candidate can translate complex business capability structures into intuitive, trustworthy and visualization-friendly user experiences while applying strong engineering discipline to AI-assisted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, search, filtering, scoring and discovery
• Maintenance of Python scripts that ingest, normalize and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs
• Improvement of data-shaping and tree-building logic that powers hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation
• Integration of evolving Knowledge Base and AI services into catalog workflows and discovery experiences
• Validation of AI-assisted code, UI generation and data transformations with rigorous engineering standards
• Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo environment and integrate with Orchestrator APIs
• Contribution to experimentation, testing, build reliability, deployment automation and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in React 19 engineering with modern component patterns and asynchronous UI flows
• Background in Web Vitals, Real User monitoring and experimentation
• Expertise in building complex interactive UIs such as graph editors, workflow builders, diagramming tools, low-code tools or canvas-heavy applications, hierarchical data structures and taxonomies
• Proficiency in frontend state management, including React Context + reducer patterns and interaction history such as undo/redo
• Skills in Python data processing, scripting, automation and API integration
• Experience building data-heavy applications with advanced search, filtering and discovery capabilities
• Competency in integrating REST APIs, STOMP/Websocket and backend-driven content sources
• Practical testing experience with Vitest, Playwright or equivalent testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Generative UI and MCPs
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical stakeholder groups
• Comfort working in evolving environments where AI capabilities and requirements continue to expand
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
