Techunting seeks a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer to join their team in Argentina. You will work on backend systems using Python with FastAPI, plus frontend work in React/TypeScript. The role requires PostgreSQL, cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and strong testing practices.

Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR R4, HL7, C-CDA) and HIPAA/PHI is highly valued. The interview process includes HR screening, an English test, and a technical interview.

Position: Senior Full-Stack Python Developer

Location: Argentina only

Availability: Full-time

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience

Core Requirements

• Python / FastAPI (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic)
• React and/or TypeScript
• PostgreSQL
• AWS and/or GCP
• Strong SQL/BigQuery experience.
• Strong testing practices and high test coverage.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
• Healthcare experience, particularly HIPAA/PHI.

A healthcare background and knowledge of interoperability standards are preferred, but initially, we’re open to considering candidates who don’t have this experience if they are technically very strong.
