Softgic is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional software development experience to build and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. You will lead backend work in Python (FastAPI) and frontend in React/TypeScript, owning features from design through production while collaborating with Product and Data teams.

You will work with AWS services (ECS Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis), IaC (AWS CDK, Terraform), and modern Postgres.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience, FastAPI preferred.
• Experience with AWS services (ECS Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or Terraform).
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1).
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional software development experience to build and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. This role requires strong backend expertise with Python, frontend experience with React, and the ability to own features from design through production while collaborating with Product and Data teams.

Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production applications.


• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI preferred).


• Experience with AWS, including:


• ECS Fargate


• Aurora PostgreSQL


• Redis


• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK preferred, Terraform acceptable).


• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.


• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.


• Experience using AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar).


• Understanding of LLM-assisted development for coding, debugging, and refactoring.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.


• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Advanced English (B2+/C1).
