The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead web features with Next.js/React, and to assist mobile work in React Native. The role prioritizes web development while enabling mobile contributions in larger feature cycles.

You will build, test, and optimize responsive, SEO-friendly experiences, collaborate with UX/design, and integrate with CMS/booking systems while maintaining high accessibility standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React and Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR).
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js; building/consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.
• React Native development experience for iOS/Android.
• Experience writing automated tests (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Detox).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build performant, accessible, SEO-optimized web experiences for the guest digital platform.
• Contribute to backend development with REST/GraphQL APIs and server-side logic.
• Collaborate with design/UX to implement responsive UI components.
• Support React Native mobile development during feature sprints.
• Write and maintain automated tests as part of the workflow.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared front-end components.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services (CMS, booking, analytics).
• Ensure web performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and Core Web Vitals.
