Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Ruby on Rails and React expertise to work on innovative projects for global clients. You will contribute to backend and frontend development, focusing on scalable, high-performance solutions and a seamless user experience across full‑stack services.

The role demands 8+ years of experience, proficiency in Rails and React, and experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, plus cloud environments like AWS or Google Cloud.

Formación

• 8+ years designing, building, and deploying web apps.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience with RESTful architectures and GraphQL APIs.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud) and scalable apps.
• Product growth lifecycle experience from launch to maturity.
• Engineering-driven mindset and ownership culture.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Analytics, Legal.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and stakeholders to align on goals and requirements.
• Evaluate technical approaches, discuss tradeoffs, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Develop and refine full‑stack services and tools using Rails and React, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Define, develop, and roll out new features to enhance user experience and business value.
• Develop and integrate back-end and front-end components ensuring seamless interaction between Rails and React.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and promote best practices to boost efficiency.
