Applaudo is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to solve complex business problems with scalable technology. You will work across the stack, delivering production-grade web and mobile solutions using React.js, React Native, backend services, and APIs in an AWS-based environment.

You will thrive in a fast-growing setting, own technical decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring reliability and security.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack or end-to-end delivery.
• Strong production experience with React.js and React Native on web and mobile.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments and production delivery practices.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and iterate across web, mobile, backend, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain React.js and React Native applications.
• Design and maintain backend services and APIs supporting evolving needs.
• Own technical decisions across the development lifecycle balancing speed, reliability and security.
• Leverage AI-powered tooling to improve development velocity and productivity.
