Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, along with Python and microservices, plus frontend (React) development.
• Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
• Practical architectural sense.
• Based in LatAm.
• Experience with Kafka, Airflow, data lakes or warehouse ecosystems.
• Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, or AI platform integration.
• Experience with AWS-native services and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows, with Java as the primary backend language alongside Python and microservices, plus React on the frontend.
• Bridge software engineering and data engineering responsibilities.
• Work within an agile sprint process backed by a JIRA backlog.
• Deliver with a strong execution focus in evolving, data-intensive environments.
• Collaborate effectively across the engineering team.
