Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, plus Python and microservices, and frontend with React/UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging skills and practical architectural sense.
• Based in LatAm with upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows using Java as the main backend language and React on the frontend.
• Bridge software engineering and data engineering responsibilities.
• Work within an agile sprint process backed by a JIRA backlog.
• Deliver with a strong execution focus in data-intensive environments.
