AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows in a data-intensive environment.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering, strong Java backend with Python, microservices, and React frontend, plus expertise in scalable data architecture. Based in LatAm, you will bridge software and data engineering, work in an agile sprint with a JIRA backlog, and contribute to modern projects for Fortune 500 clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain frontend and backend services and automation workflows in a data-intensive environment.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.


• Strong backend experience with Java as the primary language, along with Python and microservices, plus frontend (React, UI/UX) development.


• Strong understanding of scalable data architecture and performance optimization.


• Practical architectural sense.


• Being based in LatAm.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with Kafka, Airflow, data lakes, or warehouse ecosystems.


• Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, or AI platform integration.


• Experience with AWS-native services and observability tooling.
