AgileEngine, LLC is looking for a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide the testing strategy across the full product release cycle. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable automated tests and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include building regression scripts, executing multiple testing types, collaborating with product teams, and contributing to the SDLC with our on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience collaborating with PM, UX and Eng.
• 6+ years in automated testing across UI, API, and performance.
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture focusing on auth, platforms, infra.
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead SDET to build regression automation and guide the testing strategy across the full product release cycle.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role building alongside PM, UX, and Engineering Departments.
• 6+ years of experience in automated testing including UI, API, Performance.
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture - Authentication, platforms, and infrastructure focus.
• 3+ years of experience testing data science models and AI/ML evals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a mindset focused on holistic quality.
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, Postman, Jmeter or any other object-oriented based automated testing framework.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development.
• Experience with testing support functionalities such as Github Actions, Lambdatest, Sendgrid, Datadog, PagerDuty.
• Understanding of quality management systems and quality control processes.
• Background in data-based testing and/or security-based testing.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant experience.
