Werben HR is seeking a software professional to drive project documentation, prepare proposals, and lead end-to-end transformation initiatives. You will design automated reporting, develop RESTful services with Spring Boot and Kotlin, and craft front-end features using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React.

This role requires strong English, agile mindset, and the ability to work on-site three days per week at client offices in Microcentro, CABA.

Formación

• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Experience developing RESTful services using Spring Boot and JPA.
• Front-end development with HTML/CSS/TypeScript/React.
• Knowledge of RDMS and data stores such as SQLServer, Oracle, Kafka, MongoDB.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project documentation, including proposals and business cases.
• Establish and oversee execution and monitoring teams for end-to-end transformation initiatives.
• Design and maintain automated reporting with analytics to support project tracking.
• Monitor tasks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Manage communication deliverables related to project functions.
• Create presentation materials for leadership’s engagement.
