Job summary

Darwoft seeks a Senior Frontend / UX Engineer to join a fast-growing U.S. fintech company, building a Digital Wallet and related features. You will turn designs into polished, production-ready interfaces, work across frontend and backend boundaries, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development.

You will contribute to a scalable, secure, and accessible fintech product, collaborating with global teams and maintaining high-quality code in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Strong React, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills.
• Experience building fintech apps, digital wallets, or payments platforms.
• Solid UX/usability and user-centered development knowledge.
• Proven, production-ready UI track record.
• Ability to translate designs to working apps from Figma specs.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot.
• REST API integration and Backend for Frontend concepts.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture, components, and state management.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and autonomous execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Keet Desktop, a cross-platform P2P communications app built with React.
• Translate UX/UI designs into functional, responsive applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user journeys and usability.
• Own features end to end from requirements to delivery.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed frontend and full-stack development.
• Build and maintain Backend for Frontend services supporting requirements.
• Implement API integrations and backend functionality when needed.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability of the app.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
• Explore AI-assisted engineering to simplify workflows.
