Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact international FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform. You’ll design and ship agent-facing experiences with React and TypeScript in a modular frontend architecture, collaborating with backend services and AI-assisted tools.

You’ll work with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable UI features,

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience with strong frontend focus.
• Proven React/TypeScript production experience.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools in production workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features for CX domains.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate prototyping and testing.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across workflows and metrics.
