Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a FinTech project for Customer Experience Operations. You will design and ship agent-facing interfaces using React and TypeScript in a modular frontend architecture, collaborating with backend teams and product stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows
• Ability to integrate AI into engineering workflow while owning architecture and quality
• Experience building complex UIs with forms, tables, dashboards, and multi-step workflows
• Proficiency with modern frontend practices and component-driven architectures
• Experience with bundlers like Webpack, Rspack, or Vite and styling with Tailwind

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, assignments, conversations, and metrics
• Contribute to architecture decisions and maintainability across frontend stack
