vidIQ is looking for a frontend-leaning engineer who will own product surfaces end to end, from UI to backend APIs, with an AI-powered approach. You’ll ship features across the stack and shape how millions of creators experience vidIQ.

You’ll work on a remote role open to candidates worldwide, collaborating with an AI-native team and embracing fast iteration, high ownership, and quality code in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong frontend focus with ability to design APIs and work on backend if needed.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vite and Tailwind.
• Experience with AI tooling and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end to end and set direction for vidIQ features.
• Work across the stack by building/backend APIs and data flows.
• Drive your own roadmap based on feedback, data, and codebase insights.
• Build AI-powered product experiences across the stack.
• Fix architecture and performance issues to improve production systems.
• Integrate AI practices and tools into team workflows responsibly.
• Improve durability with monitoring, tests, and post-live ownership.
• Mentor peers and provide constructive code reviews.
