vidIQ is seeking a frontend-leaning engineer who will own entire product surfaces from end to end, including the UI, APIs, data dependencies, and production performance. You will shape how millions of creators experience vidIQ and help define how the engineering team builds software with AI as a collaborator.

This remote role is open to candidates worldwide, with employment classification and engagement structure determined by location and mutual fit.

Formación

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong frontend focus with ability to design APIs and work with backend components as needed.
• Self-driven, owner mindset, able to make decisions and move work forward independently.
• Led projects end-to-end, with documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Clear written and spoken communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vite and Tailwind.
• Heavy and thoughtful user of AI tools in daily work, evaluating AI output carefully.

Responsabilidades

• Own product surfaces end to end, directing features for vidIQ and tracking performance.
• Work across the stack, building and adjusting backend APIs, services, and data flows as required.
• Drive your own roadmap by turning feedback and data into proposals aligned with product and design.
• Build AI-powered product experiences, including model integration and UX for AI outputs.
• Fix architecture and performance bottlenecks anywhere in the path, frontend or backend.
• Promote responsible AI use and share effective practices with the team.
• Improve durability by adding monitoring, testing critical workflows, and owning shipped work post-release.
• Raise the bar through review and mentorship by giving constructive feedback to peers.
